Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in senior law firm management.
• Deep budgeting and financial analysis in a law firm.
• Legal billing software experience; TABS a plus.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• EOS management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the firm’s financials and administrative functions.
• Partner with the Executive Director on goals, strategy and KPIs.
• Lead HR, IT, marketing, facilities and operations oversight.
• Ensure client services are supported by solid finance and admin.
• Provide leadership and strategic guidance to Partners.
