DuBois Levias Law Group, PLLC, a boutique family law firm, seeks a Director of Finance and Administration to lead financials, HR, IT, and operations. The role partners with the Executive Director to drive long-term strategy and ensure top-tier client service.

The position requires senior-level law firm management experience, expertise in budgeting, billing, and risk management, and a track record of building efficient processes in a remote/hybrid environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• 10+ years senior law firm management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financials and administrative functions to support attorneys and clients.
• Manage banking/IOLTA, payroll, 401K, insurance, onboarding, billing and collections.
• Oversee general ledger reconciliation and liaise with CPA for tax returns.
• Budgeting and financial reporting (weekly, monthly, yearly).
• HR: onboarding/offboarding, benefits, handbook, performance processes.
• IT management: oversee MSP and firm software (Westlaw, TABS).
• Marketing and KPI tracking.
• Facilities and operations with Office Manager.
• Other duties as assigned by Partners.
