Hims & Hers is seeking a Director of Engineering for Care to own the technical vision and delivery for clinician and patient experiences—from intake to prescription. You’ll lead care-platform engineering, partner with product, design, data, pharmacy, and operations, and mentor a growing team in a remote-friendly, high-growth environment.

Requirements include 12+ years in software engineering and 5+ years managing managers, HIPAA/compliance experience, and Kotlin/Spring Boot/PostgreSQL expertise.
