Hims & Hers is seeking a Sr. Staff Engineer to shape the long-term technical landscape and lead architectural innovation across the organization.

The role demands senior-level engineering leadership to drive cross-functional execution at scale, aligning engineering with product and business outcomes. You will architect customer-facing systems, set governance, and foster scalable development practices while mentoring leaders and reducing blockers.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership.
• Experience with Kotlin, Java or Go and scalable system design.
• Full-stack capability with modern frontend (React/Next/GraphQL).
• Experience scaling shared infrastructure across teams.
• Proficient in CI/CD workflows and cloud infra (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to translate customer/clinical needs into reliable solutions.
