Apex Wheels seeks a digitally-savvy, customer-obsessed Director of eCommerce to own the site experience and evolve our online storefront. You will drive revenue, conversion, and margin by aligning the eCommerce roadmap with marketing and sales plans, and you will partner with the CIO's team on technology priorities.

You'll own merchandising, testing, and promotions, while guiding a cross-functional team and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in eCommerce or DTC with revenue responsibility.
• 3+ years directly managing a team.
• 3+ years directing outside developers, designers, or agencies.
• Experience working with integrated marketing teams (brand, performance, lifecycle, creative).
• Structured experimentation program with measurable outcomes.
• Merchandising, pricing, and promotions ownership with margin accountability.
• Fluent in eCommerce platforms and CMS; ability to lead technically without coding.

Responsabilités

• Own eCommerce performance and revenue targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Run a continuous testing and optimization program with a prioritized backlog.
• Direct site roadmap, feature enhancements, and merchandising decisions.
• Lead merchandising and offer strategy including pricing and promotions.
• Collaborate with CIO team and external partners on technical roadmap without direct management.
• Pilot AI capabilities for discovery, conversion, and reporting.
