Job summary

Apex Wheels seeks a digitally savvy Director of eCommerce to own the customer journey and the online P&L for our DTC business. You’ll set strategy, define the roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and align campaigns with the site calendar while partnering with the CIO-led tech team to ensure speed, reliability, and revenue growth.

Your background in ecommerce leadership, CMS proficiency, and passion for high-performance automotive products will help you turn catalog and promotions into a scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer, including at least 3 years accountable for a revenue or contribution target.
• 3+ years directly managing a team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and termination.

Responsibilities

• Own eCommerce performance: carry the revenue target for the DTC channel and lead the annual plan.
• Run a continuous testing and optimization program with a prioritized backlog and defined hypotheses.
• Own merchandising and offer strategy, pricing, promotions, and catalog presentation online.
• Direct the site roadmap and technical execution in partnership with the CIO-led development team.
• Put emerging AI technology to work to boost discovery, conversion, and reporting.
