Qualifications

12+ years of progressive engineering leadership, including 5+ years leading modernization in retail/digital commerce.
Deep expertise in commerce architectures including Cart, Checkout, Account Management, and Order Management.
Experience leading global, distributed engineering teams delivering mission-critical customer journeys.

Responsibilities

Define and execute modernization roadmap for cart, checkout, accounts across brands.
Lead cross-brand product engineering squads with clear ownership and accountability.
Embed AI, DevSecOps, CI/CD, test automation, and SRE best practices.
Improve platform reliability, security, and observability; reduce technical debt.
