Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. seeks a Director of Digital Marketing to translate marketing strategy into an integrated digital demand and customer engagement capability.

You will lead digital channels, including website experience, SEO/SEM, paid media, email, automation, social, and analytics, in a remote work setting. In partnership with the VP of Marketing, you’ll develop and execute plans that strengthen the digital customer experience and drive growth across the buying journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience
• Experience across digital demand generation, website/content management, SEO/SEM, paid media, email/automation and social media
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital plans aligned with business priorities and marketing strategy
• Translate business goals into integrated digital campaigns to attract and convert customers
• Guide website content, navigation, usability and customer journey improvements
• Plan, execute and optimize paid search, display, retargeting, email and social campaigns
• Lead digital marketing team and collaborate with Sales, IT, ecommerce and analytics
• Establish and monitor digital performance indicators and report outcomes
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
