Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to translate the marketing strategy into an integrated digital demand and customer engagement capability. In partnership with the VP of Marketing, you will develop and execute digital plans that strengthen the digital customer experience, increase awareness, engage customers and support growth.

This is a remote position. You will lead digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email and marketing automation,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive digital marketing roles.
• Experience translating objectives into integrated digital campaigns.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with ecommerce, content management and analytics.
• B2B marketing in veterinary or healthcare sector preferred.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned with strategy.
• Lead digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email, social.
• Improve digital customer experience and journeys.
• Plan and optimize paid search, display, retargeting and social campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and Marketing to drive demand and leads.
• Monitor performance and report on KPIs.
