Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with nonprofit development experience.
• 3-5 years nonprofit development; 1-2 years management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with prioritization and attention to detail.
• Flexible, adaptable and team-oriented.
• Experience in special event fundraising and sponsor cultivation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of fundraising staff across 3 states.
• Oversee Walk to Defeat ALS and Distinguished Events, including budgeting and logistics.
• Cultivate and manage event partnerships and corporate sponsorships.
• Develop outreach materials and engagement strategies.
• Forecast revenue and analyze fundraising data for opportunities.
• Supervise budgets and steward gifts throughout the year.
