The position focuses on growing support, coordinating sponsors, volunteers, and committees, and delivering strong event outcomes. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of fundraising or event management experience, with expertise in donor databases and sponsorship coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum 2 years in fundraising, event management, volunteer development and donor relations.
• Experience with donor databases (Donor Pro/Convio) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute an income portfolio goal of at least $400,000 across 2-3 events.
• Recruit, steward, and retain honorary chairs and committee members; build partner relationships.
• Coordinate sponsor meetings and logistics with corporate staff and vendors.
• Develop event communications and publicity plans with MarCom teams.
• Attend events and manage budgets, metrics, and reporting weekly.
