Job summary

The Director of Development at Young Americans for Liberty will lead the Development Department's day-to-day operations, oversee fundraising processes, donor portfolios, and analytics to identify opportunities for growth. You will work closely with the CEO and COO to coordinate donor activity, prepare for meetings, and ensure commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Direct fundraising experience or proven nonprofit leadership.
• Experience building and managing high-performing teams.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and donors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Development team.
• Oversee daily fundraising activities and donor portfolios.
• Coordinate meetings with the CEO/COO and prepare for donor visits.
• Establish fundraising metrics and reporting.
