Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in nonprofit or political fundraising.
• Demonstrated success managing donor/prospect pipelines and producing fundraising materials.

• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• High discretion in handling sensitive donor information.
• Collaborative style and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and advance a portfolio of prospects and donors.

• Support major gift move management and maintain the CRM.
• Improve systems for donor stewardship.
