Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or social justice-related fields.
• Experience engaging institutional funders and donor collaboratives.
• Strong communication skills to present to donors and coalitions.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead fundraising strategy for Youth Engagement Fund.
• Develop donor stewardship and maintain relationships with funders.
