Job summary

Liberty Ecosystem is seeking a Development Director to lead our fundraising strategy, deepen donor relationships, and grow philanthropic revenue across major gifts, foundations, and impact investments. You will work closely with executive leadership and the Board to scale resources for community-centered projects and economic justice initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of nonprofit fundraising, development, philanthropy, or related experience.
• Proven track record in major gifts, foundations, and donor engagement.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships with diverse supporters.
• Strategic thinking to grow revenue and sustain investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead major-gifts strategy and personally cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors and high-capacity prospects.
• Develop and execute fundraising campaigns aligned with organizational priorities.
• Grow philanthropic revenue through foundations, investors, and corporate partnerships.
