Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director, Analytics and Data to lead the enterprise data and analytics function, govern data products, and align analytics with executive strategy. This remote leadership role collaborates with business, technology, finance, and clinical ops to drive measurable outcomes.

You will oversee a team of analytics professionals, prioritize demand, and drive AI-ready data readiness and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in data/analytics within a complex enterprise.
• 5+ years of leadership, managing technical/analytical teams.
• Experience building data & analytics strategies and roadmaps.
• Proven delivery of enterprise data platforms, pipelines, dashboards, and governed self-service analytics.
• Experience with data governance, quality, metadata, lineage, privacy.
• Ability to translate priorities into measurable analytical outcomes for execs and ops.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute data/analytics strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Lead and develop the analytics team with clear accountability and capacity planning.
• Deliver enterprise data products, dashboards, and analytic solutions for decisions.
• Advance data platforms with scalable, cost-effective data integration and models.
• Establish data governance, quality, lineage, and privacy practices.
• Create intake/prioritization processes linking demand to value and regulatory needs.
• Improve reporting by consolidating assets and enabling governed self-service.
• Partner with leaders to translate questions into data products and forecasts.
• Enable AI/advanced analytics with governance and model inputs.
• Manage vendors, budgets, and platform decisions; reduce duplication.
