Job summary

Blattner, a leader in renewable energy construction, seeks a Director of Construction to guide major projects and develop leaders within the Major Project Groups. This role can be remote in the U.S. with regular travel, reporting to ensure safety, quality, and financial performance across assigned markets.

You will mentor project managers, shape client relationships, and uphold Blattner’s values while building a balanced, high-performing team for mega projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Four-year construction management, engineering or related degree.
• Five+ years of directly relevant experience with large, complex mega projects.

Responsibilities

• At the onset of a client assigned to the DC, assume full client responsibility and build strong client relationships.
• Direct project managers and on-site supervision to meet objectives and stay on schedule and budget.
• Lead safety and quality programs and culture across project teams.
