Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. The role focuses on workflow standardization, process improvement, and scalability while supporting producers, account teams, and leadership.

Expect collaboration across divisions and a strategic advisory capacity. The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, CPCU or CIC, and 5–7+ years in a similar leadership role within a large insurance brokerage.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with senior leadership.
• Standardize workflows and improve operational processes.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity modeling to support growth.
• Support M&A integration and operation transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with producers, account teams, and leadership to improve client service.
