True Rx Health Strategists seeks a Director of Business Development to lead strategic sales initiatives in the US. This independent, fully remote role targets PBM business from brokers, TPAs, captives, and employer groups, with occasional in-office meetings.

You will identify targets, build relationships, and craft plans with management, while delivering consultative sales and accurate reporting. Travel may be required for events and trainings; a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in outside B2B or

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or four to ten years of related experience and/or training.
• Sales Experience: 3+ years of outside B2B or medical sales with a proven track record.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Mobility: Ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Target Identification: Research and identify potential sales targets within your assigned territory.
• Networking: Consistently network and outreach to accounts, establishing strong connections.
• Consultative Sales: Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs.
