Job summary

Jobot is seeking an accomplished Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives in the medical device manufacturing sector. This role focuses on expanding revenue through new markets, partnerships, and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in senior BD role within manufacturing focused on Med Device OEMs.
• Proven sales experience for precision grinding, medical wire, and metal tubing.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships, and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and decision-makers.
• Lead and mentor the business development team to peak performance.
• Oversee comprehensive BD plans with measurable KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and competition.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
