- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience leading Automation & Controls projects across multiple manufacturing locations.
- Proven leadership experience, directly or indirectly.
- Strong relationship-building and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage all functions of Automation and Controls group.
- Contribute to 3 & 5 year capital plans for manufacturing facilities.
- Collaborate with IT, Process Services, Corporate Engineering, and R&D to integrate Automation and Controls.
