Wpromote is seeking a Director to own Amazon DSP strategy and execution for a large-scale portfolio. You will also provide director-level support across 2-3 additional full-funnel retail accounts and help sharpen planning and execution across retail DSP.

The role offers a remote-first culture with flexible schedules, unlimited PTO, and comprehensive benefits. You will lead ad spend strategies, monitor performance, and collaborate with senior client contacts to drive growth.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in digital media with hands-on Amazon DSP planning/execution.
• Strong programmatic fluency, including PMP vs OMP, inventory deals, audience strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-funnel Amazon DSP strategy, planning, and execution for a large portfolio.
• Support directors across other accounts (Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, other retailers).
• Design and manage ad spend; monitor trends and performance; communicate account health to clients.
• Lead and develop direct reports; contribute to scaling department initiatives.
