Leading Educators is seeking a Director, UX Design & Engineering to lead the design and front-end development of AI-enabled product experiences across our innovation portfolio. You’ll translate product requirements and user research into front-end interfaces educators and students will actually use.

You’ll partner with product leaders, researchers, and external partners to shape reusable interface patterns, high‑fidelity prototypes, and cohesive product experiences across tools, advancing UI

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in UX design, product design, front-end development, UX engineering, or related field.
• Strong UX/UI design skills including interaction design and information architecture.
• Ability to build high-fidelity prototypes and front-end experiences using React/HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Experience translating detailed product requirements and ambiguous concepts into usable front-end designs.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
