Responsibilities include defining the engineering roadmap, mentoring senior engineers, and ensuring best practices across design, testing, deployment, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading teams in SaaS or technical product environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with company goals and product strategy.
• Lead and mentor tech leads, software and QA engineers across multiple teams.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear goals, metrics, and accountability frameworks for engineering teams.
• Guide architectural decisions and ensure modern software engineering practices.
• Champion best practices in design, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Oversee Project & Product Delivery across teams and timelines.
• Collaborate with leadership, design, and Product Delivery Office to deliver high-quality software on time and within scope.
• Maintain robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.
• Ensure strong SDLC governance and agile practices throughout the organization.
• Background in AI/ML, data engineering, or platform engineering is a plus.
