Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a Director, Thought Leader Liaison to shape Neurology strategy by engaging Medical Experts and translating insights into business actions. You will steward relationships, plan compliant engagements, and support advisory boards and congresses across a broad Northeast territory.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, HCP Education, Congress Strategy, and Field Leadership to optimize patient care pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in Thought Leader/Medical Expert engagement or related pharma/biotech roles.
• Proven ability to build compliant relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of field-based marketing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and execute complex initiatives.
• Experience using CRM, digital engagement, and insight capture tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Medical Experts in Neurology.
• Plan and execute compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate insights.
• Lead discussions to inform marketing and educational strategies.
• Capture and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate commercial strategy into regional field execution and planning.
• Support advisory boards, congresses, and scientific meetings.
