Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Thought Leader/Medical Expert engagement or related pharma/biotech roles.
• Proven ability to develop compliant relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of field-based marketing, congress planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Medical Experts across Neurology.
• Lead compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate strategic insights.
• Lead discussions using approved resources to inform marketing and education strategies.
• Synthesize insights and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate Commercial Strategy into field execution and regional planning.
• Drive external engagement around essential tremor and emerging data.
• Turn field intelligence into actionable insights for Medical Affairs.
