Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a Director, Thought Leader Liaison to shape external insights and advise cross-functional teams across Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Education.

This remote-based role covers the South region, with up to 80% travel and residence within the territory. You will engage Medical Experts, develop strategic plans, and drive advisory boards and educational programs in neurology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Thought Leader/Medical Expert engagement or related roles.
• Neurology or specialty therapeutic area experience preferred.
• Ability to build compliant relationships with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Medical Experts in neurology.
• Plan and execute compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate insights.
• Lead discussions using approved resources to inform strategies.
• Synthesize insights and communicate to cross-functional partners.
• Translate strategy into regional field execution and planning.
• Support advisory boards, congresses, and peer-to-peer programs.
