Job summary

Curative is seeking a Senior Leader for network management in Austin, Texas. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in provider negotiating and contracting with North Texas hospitals.
• Experience in health plan or provider organizations for at least 7 years.
• 5+ years of being a people manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract negotiations with major health systems and physician groups.
• Proactively build relationships to nurture provider partnerships.
• Coach and support new team members in negotiation strategies.
