Curative is seeking a Senior Leader for Network Management in Austin, Texas. This role involves strategic leadership in oversight, contract negotiations, and fostering quality provider relationships. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years’ experience in contract negotiations with major health systems, proven decision-making and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage a team. Qualifications

• 10+ years in provider negotiating and contracting, especially with North Texas hospitals.
• 7+ years' experience with health plans or provider organizations.
• 5+ years of experience as a people manager.
