Devoted Health is seeking a Senior Director, Network Contracting to lead provider contracting across growth markets and to optimize fee schedules for Commercial and Medicare Advantage lines. You will manage a high-performing team, drive end-to-end deal execution, leverage AI-assisted analytics, and collaborate with actuarial, product, and sales to align pricing with market expansion goals.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep industry know-how and a hands-on approach to negotiate

Qualifications

• 12+ years in healthcare network contracting in Commercial environments.
• Proven track record closing high-stakes negotiations with provider groups.
• Deep expertise in commercial pricing models and fee schedules.
• Experience leading multi-product deal execution with accountability.
• Tech-forward mindset leveraging AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of provider contracting across expansion markets.
• Lead contracting strategy and a team responsible for Commercial and Medicare Advantage deals.
• Negotiate with physician groups and networks, optimizing fee schedules.
• Operationalize terms, rates, and value-based parameters into core systems.
• Mentor a team, standardize negotiation playbooks, and use AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting, Product, and Sales to support pricing and growth.
