Herzing University seeks a Director of Nursing Outcomes to provide university-wide leadership for NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN readiness across all prelicensure nursing locations. You will design and oversee a centralized readiness process, strengthening analytics, remediation, and licensure outcomes to meet state board and accreditation expectations.

Formación

• MSN required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• 3–5 years NCLEX-related experience in a college/university setting.
• Experience with predictive analytics, remediation design, and outcomes reporting.
• Experience teaching in prelicensure nursing (ADN/BSN).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a centralized NCLEX readiness framework across locations.
• Standardize predictive analytics, benchmark exams, and remediation protocols.
• Partner with campus leaders to align curriculum, testing cadence, and remediation.
• Establish readiness benchmarks and early-warning indicators for at-risk cohorts.
• Own data collection, validation, and analysis of NCLEX pass-rate data across locations.
• Build dashboards for leadership visibility into readiness trends by location and program.
• Prepare NCLEX outcomes reports for state boards and accreditation bodies.
• Support onboarding and development of location NCLEX readiness staff.
