Teach For America seeks a Director, National Recruitment to drive outsized impact across recruitment campaigns nationwide. The role is remote, reporting to the VP of Strategy & Operations, and involves leading campaigns, building cross-team partnerships, and advancing learning initiatives.

You will collaborate with campaign leads, manage high-impact projects, and help steer national events while ensuring recruitment goals are met across the organization.

Qualificações

• Current or former experience as a Teach For America recruiter.
• Exceptional recruitment skill and a deep commitment to the craft of recruitment with demonstrated results.
• Strong relationship-building and partnership skills across teams.
• Learning orientation and comfort with ambiguity to navigate new workstreams.
• Alignment with core values, particularly Achieve Impact, and strong judgment.
• Autonomy to assess situations and drive impactful strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead strategic recruitment campaigns to address vacancies and exits across teams.
• Establish partnerships with internal stakeholders to meet campaign outcomes.
• Execute recruitment strategies and messaging to move prospects to action.
• Contribute to central RT initiatives such as learning, events, and staffing.
• Lead or support projects that strengthen team-wide learning and performance.
