Teach For America is seeking a Director for Career Development Programs & Engagement to lead strategy, partnerships, and digital resources across the Career Center. The role emphasizes accessible learner experiences, scalable programs, and cross-team collaboration in a remote setting.

You will design career pathways, manage MOUs, and coordinate program delivery with strong emphasis on impact and equity. This is a hands-on leadership role with a national scope across the TFA network.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years in career services, workforce development, or related field.
• Experience managing programs, partnerships, or participant-facing initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience maintaining scalable workflows and clear communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build cross-team relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate partnership onboarding and MOUs, align goals and timelines.
• Design self-guided learning experiences and career pathway resources.
• Oversee planning and execution of Career Center programs and events.
• Develop website content and participant journeys for career interests.
