Per Scholas is seeking a Director of National Recruitment to lead our Digital Strategy and Applicant Experience. You will shape the digital strategy, operating model, and execution roadmap, guiding a team across content, web, and applicant support, from initial ad impression to enrollment.

Collaborate with MarComms, IT, and campus partners to drive scalable, tech-enabled processes. The role emphasizes strategy, optimization, and cross-functional leadership to ensure a high-performing recruitment

Qualificações

• Proven leadership of a distributed digital marketing and admissions team.
• Strong strategic operations experience designing workflows that improve efficiency.
• Expertise in paid media, web optimization, and CRM/digital platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end campaign planning and creative direction for national recruitment campaigns.
• Monitor performance, reallocate budgets, and initiate corrective actions based on data.
• Lead internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns and creative production.
• Build repeatable processes to scale enrollment without sacrificing speed or quality.
• Oversee learner-facing website conversion, UX, and content governance.
• Manage national recruitment journey across paid media, website, email, SMS, and forms.
• Develop content, templates, and automation sequences aligned with brand standards.
• Establish QA, testing, and governance to ensure accessible, accurate communications.
