You will lead external recruitment initiatives—events, campus engagement, and key partnerships—working with RT and regional teams to tailor strategies to local communities.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and leading recruitment initiatives across campuses or partners.
• Strong collaboration with regional teams to tailor messages to audiences.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Set and execute recruitment strategy at targeted campuses across the state.
• Build stakeholder engagement and empower influencers to promote the movement.
• Plan and execute high-quality recruitment events and initiatives that drive candidate engagement.
• Guide candidates through the admissions process and maintain relationships through the funnel.
