Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an MTS Director of Training Development to design and deliver scalable training for Work Order Management Systems and facility management across North America, with potential global impact.

You will create interactive e-learning, user guides and workshops, run in-person and virtual sessions, align content with safety, quality and regulatory standards, and partner with internal teams and OEMs to ensure consistent, measurable improvements in service delivery and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of training experience in software or operations.
• Knowledge of Corrigo or similar facility management software.
• Strong adult learning and instructional design skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Office, Camtasia, Snag-It, Visio, Articulate 360, and e-learning tools.
• Experience with virtual training platforms and LMS.
• Travel up to 20%.
• Willingness to tailor content for different geographies/languages (e.g., Canada).

Responsibilities

• Design scalable training programs for Work Order Management Systems and facilities management.
• Develop e-learning modules, guides and videos.
• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Align content with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
