Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering strongly preferred; equivalent technical education considered.
- Proven leadership of large cross-functional teams in high-accountability environments.
- Travel 50–60% across US/Canada manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering process and equipment optimization to improve throughput and margins.
- Develop reliability frameworks and preventive/predictive maintenance standards.
- Oversee capital projects with PMO integration to ensure operability and maintainability.
- Drive automation initiatives with a strong foundation in maintenance, controls, and data.
- mentor the initial Engineering & Reliability team and build field capability.
