Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance team to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing education on safety, equipment, and policies.
• Maintain training records and improvement plans; track KPIs and cost controls.
• Manage PM/PdM planning and spare parts inventory; collaborate with other departments.
• Oversee CMMS usage and ensure compliance with documentation and safety standards.
