Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• At least 5 years in a multi-site environment.
• Proven capital planning and project management track record.
• Demonstrated leadership building high-performing teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Working knowledge of GMP, OSHA, FDA regulations for food manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS 365 and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Lead capital planning and execution to optimize capacity and cost savings.
• Develop and manage the 5-year CAPEX plan for the Pasta Plant network.
• Lead and support projects through ideation to commissioning, validation, and handoff.
• Develops Business Case Screening scopes and cost estimates for project feasibility.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team.
• Ensure safety and food safety remain a non-negotiable priority across engineering work.
