NODA AI is seeking a Director, Strategy & Market Development to lead our market strategy in defense and national security. This senior role builds stakeholder relationships across government and industry and translates insights into actionable plans.

You will work across Growth, Product, Engineering, and Legal to align priorities, monitor policy trends, and guide investments. Remote-first with travel, and a focus on international collaboration and deployment readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or adjacent field.
• 10+ years of experience in defense, national security, government, or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR regulations & the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
• Experience developing market, defense, or regional strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive briefing ability

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine market strategy based on defense priorities and budgets.
• Build relationships with government, military, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify emerging mission needs and gaps for NODA's technology.
• Translate market intelligence into strategic recommendations for investment.
• Collaborate with Growth, Legal, Finance to align priorities.
• Represent NODA at defense forums and government engagements
