Job summary

RxAnte, Inc. is seeking a Director, Initiative Delivery to lead cross-functional product delivery initiatives in a remote-capable role with periodic travel to RxAnte offices.

You will own delivery from kickoff to close, establishing frameworks and governance that translate strategy into measurable outcomes. Collaborating with Product and Development teams, you will remove blockers, drive adoption, and ensure timely launches.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in product or program delivery.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong planning, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle from scoping to close-out.
• Define delivery frameworks with milestones, owners, dependencies.
• Establish governance cadence with status, risk, and decisions.
• Facilitate sessions and decision forums to move work forward.
• Drive day-to-day execution across workstreams and unblock blockers.
• Hold teams accountable and escalate risks with clarity.
• Coordinate readiness for system and tooling rollouts.
• Partner with Product and Development to sequence launches.
• Close initiatives with outcomes and lessons learned.
