RxAnte Inc. is seeking a Director of Initiative Delivery to lead multi-functional programs in a remote-first environment with periodic travel to RxAnte offices. You will own end-to-end delivery, define governance cadences, and drive initiatives from kickoff to close with measurable outcomes.

The role requires 5–10+ years in delivery, strong governance, and a track record of coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Operations to reduce risk and accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in product or program delivery, project management, or cross-functional operations roles
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end with measurable results
• Strong delivery discipline: manage multiple workstreams, maintain momentum, and close initiatives
• Excellent planning and governance: risk management, dependency tracking, stakeholder communication, status reporting
• Ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous environments
• Collaborative skills across an organization for strategic goals
• Experience with Atlassian collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence) or similar platforms
• This position is remote, with periodic travel to RxAnte offices required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company-sponsored visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle of assigned initiatives—from scoping and planning through execution, adoption, and close-out
• Define delivery frameworks for each initiative: milestones, owners, dependencies, decision points, and success criteria
• Establish a lightweight governance cadence: status reporting, risk logs, stakeholder updates, and decision tracking
• Facilitate working sessions and decision forums that move work forward—not just status meetings
• Drive day-to-day execution across workstreams; maintain pace and resolve blockers before they delay delivery
• Hold teams accountable to commitments; elevate risks and decisions with clarity and appropriate urgency
• Coordinate operational readiness for system and tooling rollouts: UAT, training, and launch planning
• Partner with Product and Development teams to sequence launches to minimize operational disruption
• Close initiatives with documented outcomes, lessons learned, and handoff to steady-state operations
