Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Delivery Director to lead AI Foundry and Anthropic engagements for enterprise clients. You will manage executive relationships, align delivery with business outcomes, and drive value realization across the portfolio.

The role requires deep experience in delivery leadership, portfolio governance, and collaboration with Sales, Solution Consulting, and practice leadership to expand bookings and client satisfaction. Remote-friendly with hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent required.
• 12+ years in professional services, consulting, or technology delivery.
• 5+ years of portfolio management and P&L accountability.
• Experience with enterprise AI, Claude, RAG, and service-delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AI Foundry and Anthropic services delivery with executive client relationships.
• Drive portfolio health, on-time/on-budget delivery, and measurable value realization.
• Establish adoption metrics, success criteria, and governance for engagements.
• Lead global delivery teams across multiple time zones and matrixed organizations.
• Support pre-sales, SOW reviews, and seamless sales-to-delivery handoffs.
