Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Director, Influencer Strategy to lead senior, externally-facing work across sales, client services, and delivery. You will shape influencer programs, create credible strategies, and guide execution that ties to measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep influencer ecosystem knowledge, strong business instincts, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling programs for clients. Some affiliate learning is expected and supported.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of influencer marketing experience.
• Ability to build and present influencer strategies for proposals/clients.
• Deep knowledge of influencer ecosystem across platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Substack).
• Working knowledge of affiliate marketing; willingness to learn.
• Strong writing and verbal communication; client-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Strategy-led sales enablement: build credible influencer strategies for proposals and RFPs; support pitch meetings.
• Program strategy & industry intelligence: define strategy grounded in research and competitive insights; track trends.
• Industry leading reporting: add narrative/context to reporting; tie strategy to results and upsell opportunities.
• Ongoing client support & upsell: provide strategic recommendations; contribute to expansions and cross-sell.
• AP marketing & external presence: contribute to thought leadership; enhance AP profile in influencer space.
