FourFound seeks a Director of Land Acquisition to lead national site strategy for hyperscale data center projects across the United States. The role focuses on identifying strategic sites, evaluating feasibility, and negotiating land transactions with utilities and developers.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to move opportunities from acquisition through development. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in land acquisition or large-scale infrastructure, strong power/utility

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in land acquisition, site selection or large-scale infrastructure development of data centers.
• Proven track record leading complex site acquisition and development processes from sourcing through transaction close.
• Strong understanding of power infrastructure, interconnection and utility coordination.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced growth environments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead national land acquisition and site strategy initiatives for hyperscale and AI-focused developments.
• Identify, evaluate and secure strategic sites across targeted U.S. markets.
• Prioritize markets based on deliverable power, transmission, fiber connectivity, zoning and incentives.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of development opportunities and lead negotiations for land, options and development agreements.
• Partner with utilities and infrastructure stakeholders to support power and connectivity strategies.
• Oversee diligence activities including environmental assessments, zoning reviews and site feasibility.
• Engage with municipalities and government agencies to support project advancement and incentives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to transition projects from acquisition through development.
• Provide executive leadership with regular updates on pipeline activity and market risks.
