Symetra Financial Corporation is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to lead an HR team and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping talent and organizational strategies that move our business forward.

You will coach HRBPs and HR Generalists, translate business priorities into workforce planning, organizational design, succession, and change management, and advance inclusion using people analytics to drive results.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant HR experience
• Experience leading through managers and senior managers
• Experience in the Group Insurance industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop HRBP team to deliver consultation grounded in business acumen
• Translate business priorities into talent strategies including workforce planning and organizational design
• Guide employee relations, inclusion, and use people analytics to drive outcomes
