Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Director of HCP Marketing to lead the healthcare provider engagement strategy for CNS/psychiatry-related brands.

You will drive omnichannel and non-personal promotion, develop KOL and speaker programs, and collaborate with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to optimize promotional initiatives. You will manage budgets, measure performance with KPIs, and ensure brand messaging is evidence-based and differentiated for target HCP audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience focused on HCP engagement, omnichannel marketing, or field sales enablement.
• Experience in CNS, psychiatry, neurology, or related areas preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute HCP engagement strategies including non-personal promotion (NPP).
• Omnichannel marketing expertise across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data and insights for ROI.
