Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience with HCP engagement
• Experience in omnichannel marketing and field sales enablement
• Experience in CNS, psychiatry, neurology, or related areas preferred
• Proven ability to develop and execute HCP engagement strategies
• Experience managing vendors and agency partners
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HCP engagement strategy aligned with brand objectives
• Lead omnichannel strategy, including digital, NPP, and personal engagement
• Create promotional tools, messaging, and training for the field
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders; oversee speaker programs
• Utilize market insights and competitive analysis to refine strategies
• Ensure differentiated, evidence-based brand messaging for HCPs
• Create market access pull-through strategies within promotions
• Collaborate with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams
• Establish KPIs and optimize promotional investments
• Oversee marketing budgets and resource allocation
