Job summary

Fencing Supply Group seeks a Director of Greenfield Operations & Branch Performance to lead the launch, ramp-up, and ongoing performance of new branches across the United States. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, ensure facility readiness, staffing, systems, and process discipline to achieve rapid, profitable openings.

The role reports to the COO and focuses on scalable, repeatable launch execution, performance visibility, and targeted recovery where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership in multi-site operations or large-scale rollout programs.
• Strong analytical, change leadership, and executive communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and execution for greenfield branch openings and major facility startups.
• Build and manage launch plans, milestones, readiness checklists, and implementation timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for new locations including staffing, systems, inventory, and go-live support.
• Advise COO and executives on launch priorities, resources, risks, and decision points.
• Own post-opening ramp-up to drive speed-to-productivity and stabilise performance.
• Provide governance and repeatable playbooks for future greenfield launches.
