Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield site startup from strategy through commissioning and ramp-up.
• Transform and scale legacy operations into a structured, process-driven environment.
• Own SQDCC performance including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and cash.
• Build and develop a high-performing operations team through coaching and succession planning.
• Plan aggressive capacity ramps and align with cross-functional teams for growth.
• Drive continuous improvement, waste reduction, and sustainability of gains.
